SBP Pest Control offered their services to remove gophers from our yard. They rescheduled their start date twice before finally showing up to lay traps. We were told the service included them returning every 5-7 days (or more frequently if there was activity with the traps, which there was and this was communicated to them). That initial date was 8/17 and they have either been non-responsive or rescheduled every agreed upon return date since. Text screenshots included for proof.
