These people claim they work for quicken and do their customer service tech support for a high fee. They do not work for quicken as I called quicken who says they routinely report this firm as quicken provides 24/7 tech support for free. This has got to be illegal they are claiming they work for a US domiciled corporation when in fact they do not and are probably not even located in the US.
