I have had issues with my cell phone since June 2015. I had a call from the United States call me back then. The number was from a 000-000-0000. I thought it was odd so answered it, but there was nothing. Ever since then I've had weird events occur. I didn't start noticing them until other odd events started happening like getting a letter from the government stating my identity had been stolen. Then, my friend received notification someone was impersonating me on Facebook. Then, my calls were randomly ending at random times. I started going through my call log on my phone and comparing it to the call log on my Verizon Account. I noticed the 000-000-0000 yet on my call log on my phone that should've been my mother.

I looked it up and noticed it was considered spoofing. The only person I know who knew how to spoof was an old cop friend of mine.

My phone has been acting weird since this all well, such as, inability to turn off location settings. Volume being adjusted without me making an adjustment. The control settings being opened without me touching anything and the brightness being adjusted.

I am willing to show anything and everything I have in reference to this.
