got a phone call from a foreign speaking man saying he was from US Treasury and he needed to talk to us about payment. said we could possibly go before a magistrate or a grand jury and be prosecuted if we didn't return call
phone number of business was 234-231-0047 according to our caller ID it was from Akron Ohio. Thought it was probably scam so did not and will not return call.

Dr. Thomas Martin is the researcher for the formula. Could not find anything on the internet about this product and when I put in the address it states no such address.
