I tried to order a coloring book bundle for $29.99 and then within a few hours 5 other charges were made to my account with over $1,700 in charges. I tried to contact the company about my original order and received no response, then the website vanished. I realized that those 5 charges were made the next day, but didn't realize at first that they both came from the area, as well as not having real phone numbers.

Scrolling on Facebook I came across an add for a walking pad that was on sale for $39.99. After clicking the link I saw reviews for the product and contact information for the company. I also saw an office chair I liked, so I ordered the walking pad and office chair. When I tried to place the order my bank declined the transaction and sent a message asking if it was me. That should've been the only clue I needed but I've been wanting the two items for quite some time but couldn't afford them so I told my bank to allow the transaction. The next night my husband got 2 notifications back to back that someone was trying to to use our card for hundreds of dollars at businesses neither of us had heard from. Luckily our bank denied the charges and we immediately froze our account and replaced our cards. The original $80ish is still pending. I'm going to dispute the charges as soon as I can and try to get my money back, but I might now be able to. I'm so frustrated with myself that I fell for it.

I ordered the portable treadmill from the Facebook advertisement . it took me to the zenshop.com site and I placed the order and the very next day $178.04 was taken from my card. And they attempted to take more which totaled out ot 750.00 but by then I caught on and locked my card, and called the card company , and I attempted to google the name of the company and nothing came up. I did receive a order number and that was it , and on the order confirmation was my address. Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you
