We had the same experience. We ordered a Zum projector through a FB add on 7/19/2020. Got a confirmation e-mail, but no shipping info. My husband e-mailed multiple times, the first two times he got a response saying that due to covid shipping was delayed, the third time he got no response. We checked their websit to see if there was a different way to contact them, but the website is no longer there. We made a complaint with our credit card, but since it was from a while ago I don't know if they'll be able to do anything.

Same for me. July 27 was mine. It is now Oct 7 and they claim COVID for me too. I order through FB pretty regularly, never an issue. I ordered the Titan cable 2 weeks after ordering this, arrived quickly. Won't hold the magnet like they claim, but does charge. No faith left with the projector. COVID has not made anything last this long, no matter the country it comes from.

I order IT Jully 17 and i receive the Rahul ans Melissa email saying that delay are due because if the CoVid19.

Ordered a Zum Projector on a Facebook ad on July 10 2020. I received confirmation of the order, but no shipping details. I've been emailing through to contact email, which I should of known was a scam, [email protected].

I got replies from a Rahul and then from a Melissa. Both kept saying, due to covid the shipping details have been delayed. Which is absolute trash, because regardless of delay, the shipping details should be issued if it was sent. Which obviously wasn't. I've been following up with the email on the weekly basis to chase up the shipping details and keep getting the delayed (copy and paste) answer.

A few emails ago, I just asked them whether they were a scam, and since then, they haven't replied.

I bought this from Australia and spent $124. As much as I was excited for the projector, totally over it and can't believe Facebook would allow for these fraudulent ads. I'm sure there is a way to track these scammers.

Am hoping to lodge a request through my bank. But that's the only thing I can think of. Hopefully someone might have ideas on how to get some form of justice.

I ordered a projector and also a projector screen from ZUMprojector on July 28th 2020 it is now September 16th 2020 and still have not received any items!... Ive tried to contact them through email about 2 weeks ago twice with no response still to this day! Ive tried the track order option which goes no where and gives no info at all and spending over $100 dollars and not recieving anything i ordered with no way of contacting them and not knowing what to do next Im beyond upset! I mean so what am i suppose to just live with the fact i got scammed and move on like nothing ever happened and take the lost? Was i truly scammed? Its scary that they have my credit card information, name, address, ect. WTF

Bought a projector from Zum Projectors online. Bought it for $89.95. A few days later they lowered the price to $39.95. They claim their shipments are delayed to COVID 19. Absolutely no shipments according to reviews have been shipped. No refunds have been issued. The only contact I get from them was through their website under the “contact us” page and they have no additional ways to contact them. I received an email back once after repeated messages sent and they said “no refunds were allowed because the purchase has already been dispatched to shipping facility and they could no longer refund since it was out of their hands and that I could return it for a refund when I get the product”. I ordered on July 12, 2020. It is now Sept 2, 2020. No product has been shipped. Absolute scam.

An ad was on facebook for a projector on sale. I followed the links to a website www.zumprojectors.com and it seemed legitimate so I ordered one. I received a confirmation e-mail for my order, then when I tried contacting the company via email (no phone number listed) there was no reply. There was multiple attempts over a week period and the website said they would reply within 24 hours. My order has not been received over a month later and no way to contact anyone from the "company".
