I ordered two hoodies on November 18th. I was provided a tracking number that began showing an "error" a few days ago, with the item supposedly being somewhere here in the US. I have made multiple attempts to contact the vendor via Facebook, Messenger, email and telephone. The telephone number always rings a busy signal. You only get a pre-prepared response in every other format and no one ever responds. There is no way to contact the vendor to follow up on orders. Website appears legitimate but once the order is placed, you can kiss your money goodbye.
