I contacted both FedEx and Zealthy support regarding this issue, but I am now being bounced between both parties without a resolution. FedEx advised me to contact Zealthy, while Zealthy directed me to file a claim with FedEx. When I did, FedEx closed my complaint within minutes, with no investigation or assistance.
This situation has now caused me to miss my scheduled dosage, which is impacting my health. I am very concerned about the lack of support I’ve received so far, and I am seeking help to either receive a replacement shipment or obtain a refund.
