You stick out as a possible applicant that we want to move forward with in the hiring process. Our goal is to make sure that your goals and experience align with the values and responsibilities of Zavalla ISD. They gave me an interview screening questionnaire, and then, afterwards, I got the job without conducting any further interviews. I never met them face-to-face either. They also said that they were going to send me a check in the mail to purchase equipment and software for my remote job.
