I made a purchase on this website receiving the package long after I needed it. I opened the package and was not satisfied with the merchandise so I returned the items following the return policy of the company. I received emails stating my returns were received and a refund was issued. I never received the refund and had multiple failed attempts to reach someone in the companies customer service department.
