I purchased a under counter tv from a tictok shop with my Discover card, received confirmation email about purchase, reached back out after a couple of days for shipping and tracing information, they replied back with "sorry for delay" emails about 5 times. Then they emailed a link that supposedly had the tracking of the merchandise and when it said that it was delivered, I waited a day and emailed them saying that I had not received any package and to check with my neighbors to see if they had received it. They had not, so I emailed them again to let them know, they replied and said to check with the USPS and gave a valid number for the USPS but did not supply a valid USPS tracking number. They have since stopped replying to me emails. Discover can not dispute the charge.
