I ordered an item, specifically the upgraded version children’s portable educational learning cards machine on June 26, 2022. Their website said 3 day free delivery. It has been 22 days & still has NOT arrived. After the fact, I have tried to get a customer service number, which there is none. Their address does not appear legitimate…it looks to be a residence when googled. ONLY when I said I was reporting them to the ScamPulse.com …did they finally reply …vaguely, & said they had been very busy with orders …& my item would be shipped on Tuesday, July 12th. It is still NOT here. I even downloaded the “SHOP” app …per info from their site …to track the item. The SHOP site notes that the item appears to be ordered …but no further progress …such as a tracking number. PLEASE investigate this supposed company??

If indeed they are “scammers” …they need to be stopped.
