I went online to look for a used car and was shown a online price and financial terms that were set at 36 months at 5.90APR. I called and asked if the car was still available and asked if what was online would be the same price and same 5.90 APR and was told yes and come on down. When I got there they agreed to the online price but would not honor the APR I was shown online and I clearly stated to the person on the phone I was agreeing to the Price and APR shown online or I would not come in. I was told they would honor what was posted online but when I got there they ran a credit application which came up as good. after running my credit info I was told that 8.19% was the best they would do. Now to me this is the basic bait and switch to get me in to their dealership. I was told one thing but did not get it. Thanks for your time and help. Stay safe.
