Placed an order on the website i thought was Wayfair for an ad found on facebook. Shipping information sent. Tracker for shipping showed it was in China for weeks. Latest communication with them via email they said item was delivered Jan 20th, yet i did not receive the item ordered. I requested proof of delivery, carrier used for delivery, and requested full refund. No refund was issued and they are saying item was delivered. A mattress was ordered and i would know if something that big was delivered even rolled up in a box, yet we did not receive item. I tracked it with their tracker and is just spins with no results found. Clicking on order and website brings up errors, url site/website shut down.
