These people have a camera installed on Riley avenue, and take photo of your plate to make you believe that it is an official document, then they send you the photo with a bill $7.90 (in my case) which I paid on 02/22/2025, but then, they send you a new bill claiming not receiving the payment and an extra $15.00 charge for non compliance. I said I was not going to pay any more money, and then received a final notice that acknowledged the payment made but charging a total of $35.00 for penalty for no payment on time. I decided to call them and talked to a guy named Darren (name he gave me) when asked why the penalties he didn't have a good explanation, but repeating himself that I didn't pay on time. I accused him of working for scammers and after a short silence, he said that is your opinion.

Meanwhile, I got the idea to google their company and asked if it was a scam and the answer from ScamPulse.com was that it was a scam and an illegal company. I told Darren that they were a scam and I was denouncing them to the government and I hung up, didn't wait to hear his answer. Not interested in his comments anymore.
