Everything seem very normal delivery said 5-7 business days. On 2/15 I reached out to inquire about the package and the delay. I received a generic email saying contacting the delivery carrier package still in transit.
Contacted again 3/4 and got no answer and I decided to check the website again and I noticed that the website was no longer available and was redirecting to WRAPLINEZ WEBSITE . 3/7 contacted again and no answer, on 3/9 I received and apology email notifying that package got lost but they will re send my order in good faith.
3/12 revived a new order confirmation and tracking number. 3/23 still no package, I email requesting my money back and they offered only 70% reimbursement, of course I didn’t agree.
On 3/25 WRAPLINEZ ensure I will receive a full refund in the next 15-25 days. NOTHING YET…
After going to their new website I don’t see any address or any contact other than the email. Be careful and don’t get trap on this SCAM
