I signed a financial loan agreement in Jan 2023 with US Auto sales. Outside of my knowledge in June of 2023, westlake financial brought the company out forcing me into an auto loan with a company I have no idea about. In Nov of 2024, I agreed to a payment plan to pay off a late payment. On 11/15/24 I made a payment of $300 to this company to pay off the $250 balance. On 11/16/24 this merchant fraudulently took out $503.04 and refused to refund me. On 2/8/25 the supervision JALIN VILLA advised me that my refund was denied due to a call where there was a alleged verbal agreement to make a payment of $500 on 11/16/24. I requested a copy of this alleged called as of 2/8/25 and was told I need to make a request with the BBB. Upon trying to make that request, this company cannot be found on the ScamPulse.com website. I have been making biweekly payments of $250 since 6/2024 to a company I now believe is fraudulent.
