Woven Fit charged me $39 for Christian hoodies and shirts but never delivered the products. They provided fake tracking information and when I contacted them, they insisted the items were delivered, which they were not. They also attempted to negotiate a partial refund. It's clear now that Woven Fit operates as a scam, as they are now using the same website to sell different products. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing

I had seen this brand Called Love in Faith on Facebook and Tik Tok. So I click the link and was taken to a website called wovenfit.com. Everything seemed too good a price, but the website seemed legit, go I purchased a few items. Thank heavens I didn’t spend over $30 like usual! I did get a confirmation email 12/30/24, but it had different fonts and font sizes on almost every line. Like it was copy/pasted. I was also given a link to track my package but it was from a site I had never heard of —track718.com. Supposedly, my order shipped from China. So I didn’t think anything of it. I figured DHL or USPS would end up delivering my package. Well…a month went by and the package was no where to be found. So I did some digging myself since my package was still at some unspecified processing center. I emailed the merchant, and was met with a polite reply about being inconveniencedand the same link and “tracking number” I tried to put said number in DHL USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, etc. to no avail. I tried to call them as well on top of my local carrier. None could help, since I did not have an accurate tracking number. I spoke to a customer service rep at USPS and she said my tracking number didn’t fit anything they had, nor anything that would have come from china, irrespective of USPS having the package or not. So again ,I contact the seller and suddenly my package is “delivered” yet there is no address listed just the zipcode. I didn’t receive any notifications and the time was weird. I had checked, again, to see it my package was in transit or on the truck for delivery at 7:00 am 1/29/25and it says It was “delivered” at 1:45 pm 1/29/25. Of course they had a ready excuse about time zone from the original courier. Okay, thats fine but that would have meant that my package was delivered day ir days prior. I live in a good neighborhood, so I or my neighbors would have seen in person or on camera a package being delivered (or stolen).
