this company is a total scam. they have issues with "back order" and shipping takes a long time (if at all). their customer service is ai/doesn't appear to be a real human. they claim the item has been shipped for over 2 weeks now but the tracking notification states that the post office has not received the item. they are impossible to get in contact with and when they respond it' feels like an AI generated blanket response vs a real human being responding to actual questions. shut them down,

Bought shoes from an online shop off instagram. Months later they never came and when I got in conctact with them to get a refund they offered me 15% of my money back. Everyone else is having this same experience which you can see in their instagram comment (@worstcase.jpg).

I purchased two pairs of Black leather tabi mules on 11/26/2024, and as of 1/16/2025 I have not received my purchase. I have reached out to get an update, but have not received a correspondence. According to comments on there IG, there are many other victims who have not received their order, let alone an update. DO NOT PURCHASE!
