The merchant put a fade name in Facebook to advertise the product. The product was shipped to me through Amazon Prime. After I realized this a defective product, I checked with the Wood ranger company and the customer service claimed they have no record of my order and presumed it is a copycat product. I contacted the company on the shipping label and realized the address and phone number are all fade and researched the ScamPulse.com and found this company does not exist but they still using the same name to advertise fade product.
