I was looking online for a couch cover. I found "Wonder Cover" (https://wondercover.co/). I purchased 2 couch covers from their website. I received the items in the mail about 1 month later. There were stains on the couch covers. I contacted the email listed on the website to see if I could first get a replacements sent. Then I started having suspicions that something wasn't right so I started to ask for a return the items and get a refund. I called the phone number listed on their website, its not their phone number and its not associated with Wonder Cover. The address listed on their website isn't associated with Wonder Cover either, expcept for the address being displayed on Wonder Cover's website. I reached out to Wonder Cover on Facebook Messenger to start the return process. Between my email and Facebook Messenger communications with Wonder Cover it took me continually asking to be able to return the items for them to finally agree to it. They were trying to talk me out of the return. They gave me an address to return the items to (F2, Building 8, No.89, Siyuan Road, Yidong Industrial Zone, Niansanli Street, Yiwu, Jinhua, Zhejiang Province, China Zip 322000). I am thinking about what to do. I think if I return the items I will not get a refund.
