I have a timeshare at Pueblo Bonito Sunset in Cabo San Lucas. I was called but this Wisconsin Dell Timeshare company and they somehow knew I owned a timeshare and the member number (insider must have provided info). They wanted to purchase my timeshare for 3 times what I paid for it for there client, Corona (beer company). Corona was trying to purchase American Owned Pueblo Bonito Sunset Time Share properties due to Corona hosting many many golf tournaments in the future, thus they wanted to buy out timeshares that were American owned due to them being paid for in dollars. The representative said the key was that ones being paid for in dollars. He said that if in Mexico and one tried to buy one, using the peso what a horrible way, expensive and the taxes were crazy, thus they are seeking to buy out timeshare currently being paid in dollars. I was sent a contract and purchase offer (which had many spelling issues). I was proved as Purchase Offer and a Sales Contract. I tried to find out more information on the company but didn't have much luck. I was told I didn't have to pay any money and that I'd be paid 45 day's after the closing via electronic payment. Just too good to be true so I new something was up. As it turns out, this is a scam so don't get sucked into it.
