Ordered a coat from their website and it never arrived. Tracking number provided claimed to deliver to a wrong location. When contacting the company customer service they offered a gift card, reshipment, or a full refund. I requested a full refund and was told the refund would be withing 24-48 hours and then they stopped responding to any inquiries and the refund never happened.
