I ordered two products from this website on 12/29/24 and never received them. I followed up with the company via email [email protected] on 01/15/25 and received a reply from "Louise from Silky" on 01/16/25 stating that the products would be shipped very soon and "Louise" proceeded to blame the courier's system for lack of tracking information. I then followed up with "Louise" again on 01/27/25 regarding my order and never received a reply.
