ORDERED A NICE LOOKING LEATHER VEST, COULD SEE THE TAG SAID, ORVIS, I THOUGHT MAYBE THIS WAS OVERSTOCK OR SOMETHING. WHAT I GOT WAS A CHEAP, PAPER THIN VEST. NOW I CONTACTED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE NAND AFTER REQUESTING I SEND THEM PICTURES. THEY RESPONDED TO KEEP THE VEST - WHICH I DON'T WANT - IT'S LIKE A HOLLOWEEN COSTUME & 2 TO 3 SIZES TO SMALL. THEY OFFER ME 16 AUSTRALIAN $$, AS FAR AS I CAN TELL AMOUNTING TO LESS THAN HALF THE AMOUNT I SPENT.

NOW THEY HAVE STOPPED CONTACTING ME. STAY AWAY!!!

Placed order on clothing, material sent was no even close to size ordered, 1 item was missing. Items were sent from a California address,returned items to that address with proof of tracking. I notified later that I was supposed to send it to China. I was never sent a refund. Amount charged to me was 184 dollars. Paypal was no help. This company posees a US business and ships locally but wants you to return products to China at your expense.

I ordered 3 pair of shorts from this company they took a month to arrive. The website made it appear they were us based but really from china. I pair of the shorts were way to small with a med. tag, another wrong color and the third was not even close to what I had ordered. The clothes were cheaply made, the material was very thin and not durable. I had no luck getting ahold of anyone they just blow me off. The shorts were 40+ bucks a piece. what a ripoff stay away from wayrates.
