They represented themselves as Wayfair. Advertised an accent chair. I wanted to buy so I put the chair in my cart, and later received an email stating it was still in my cart. Odd, so I went through with the purchase. My bank account was charged by another company (Romery), however. When I questioned charges by this company, I suddenly started receiving messages from "Joyous." They claim the product was delivered, but it was not. They are refusing to refund my money.
