This company sends you a text message telling you you need to file your business annual report with the Washington State Dept of Revenue and includes a link. This appears legit because of the website (file.washingtonannualreports.com) but they trick people into thinking they are filing with the state Dept of Revenue, but the small print on the bottom of the website says they are a third party that files your license fee for you, for $200 when doing it directly on the state's website is $95.
