A consumer called me to quote a siding job. He wanted to give me a down payment and get started right away. He wanted to know if he could pay me $7000 with his credit card so I could transfer$3500 to pay his electrician. I went to the house and found it was for sale. I then called the realtor and found out the owners had not contacted me and didn't want their siding fixed.
