Contagous to Walinx name change etc.

Unfortunately at 57 years young I fell for this too...My name is William Drury. I started with Walinx in late November of 21. I was NEVER paid my $2500 a month during onboarding, training and gaining certifications from our partner Intermedia, in Sunnyvale CA. Everyone from the company just disappeared in early January to mid January...Everyone gone on all apps provided...Slack, Intermedia University, Microsoft email, texts and even direct calls to internal folks.
The weirdest part of all of this is they sent me a Polycomm desk phone, headset and video camera for Zoom calls etc. I also as a Area VP out here in the Bay Area was TRYING to hire folks during the holidays...I even did a drug test and background check so...oh AND they gave me medical, dental and vision coverage through Kaiser back in November when I accepted the offer letter so...To old for this [censored]e! I've asked the FBI along with my local DA's office to hunt these [censored] down and keep accountable IF that's even possible

This company started out as something called Contiguos, then changed its name to Hoffman Gilbert LLP, then changed its name again to Walinx. I was contacted by the "CEO" of these companies that he'd like to purchase the software I sell. He wanted 200 licenses total. All email communication was done through his executive assistant. He signed the DocuSign in less than 24 hours for over $100K in total, provided a Purchase Order number and then refused to accept any of our calls to kick off the program. He eventually went dark and never replied to my emails, the only person I had contact with was the executive assistant. She then called me that she had been let go, and they never paid her. I then reached out to a Salesforce Administrator on LinkedIn under Walinx, and he said they hired him to build their site, let him go and never paid him either. I then saw a job posting on the Contiguos LinkedIn (even though the website isn't available anymore) and saw a man named William Drury associate with the job posting. I reached out to him, and he said the company changed names and to call the 800 number on their website, which goes to a deadline after selecting any extension. He then said he sent it to his boss and wished me "good luck". They seem to hire people and not pay them, and also purchase products and not pay for them. Not sure why, but it all seems fraudulent, and I hope no one else falls into their trap.
