I received a call from someone posing as a Walgreens representative to assist with my prescriptions. They requested my birthdate, address, and social security number for verification. Concerned about sharing this sensitive information, I informed them that I would prefer to return the call to their store. However, when I did call back, the pharmacists who answered my call claimed they had never reached out to me. This incident raises alarms about potential fraud, and it’s crucial to remain vigilant against such scams.
