The company gave me false promises of new refund dates, most recently September 2, 2025, and then completely stopped responding to my calls and messages. Senior executives even threatened and insulted me during my follow-ups.
This is a clear case of cheating, misrepresentation, and refund fraud. I want my refund returned and also want to warn other consumers about VNCT Global’s practices.
