I was searching online for a small, but very bright flashlight as a gift for someone who likes to go camping. The Vital-Tac flashlight came up and they kept sending me emails and text messages to purchase at discounted prices. The longer I waited to place my order, the better the deal was sent (50% off, 75% off, 80% off, and 85% off). I did NOT press any "submit" or "pay now" button and I received a message saying, "Thanks for your order." I just called to get a refund and they gave me the run around on returning the items I received. The flashlights were not as bright as they advertised. So, I was given the deal to pay $85 in return shipping OR refunded 50% of the cost and keep the items. Either way, I was being scammed again, even though their policy was "money back guaranteed" if returned within 30 days. I placed my order on January 26, 2025 and I received the items by January 30, 2025. Today is February 15, 2025, so I should have received a FULL refund, but I was not given that choice even though the customer service representative stated that I was under the 30 days. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - 100% SCAMMERS!
