foreign speaking person states they are calling on a recorded line from corporate of visa and master card to offer their clients that haven't ever filed bankruptcy and have made all their pmts on time for the past 6 months. the person asks for the exp date on the card and then the card number after that they asked for the cvv number. Once he had the info. he transferred me to a financial advisor who then tells me it will cost me $1550 dollars one time to lower my interest rate on my credit card. I told him no thank you that i wasn't interested and i hung up. immediately the same man called me back from a different number and was angry and started asking why I didn't want the lower interest rate. I told him I wasn't comfortable with it. He then says but you gave my rep all the information. I explained his rep didn't disclose the one time fee and I wasn't interested. He started yelling and said that wasn't his reps job. I said that it didn't matter I wasn't interested and he hung up. initially after giving him my card info. He said you have 2 people on this act. can you give me the other card number and I told him I couldn't I didn't have it. It was with my husband. when we tried to call the numbers back it is a recording saying it is not in my service area, the numbers were 1- and 800-465-75821-231-226-8547
