I received a high end bag with paint & a hole in the side. After bringing it to the company’s attention they asked me to pay to fix it & the costs of shipping. They claim they are 100 authentic. But will block you as a customer when you receive junk products. They do not do honest business they scam customers into believing they are a stand up honest reputable company with a solid product. That’s completely false & so dishonest! I believe in karma to those who do others dirty! They definitely are a poor dishonest company! Buyers be ware they will block you for telling the truth about how awful they treat customers
