I had participated in the Kickstarter campaign for the Vinta /Active Shield face mask and like many others here never received the initial order nor the extras I added on afterward.
I finally received one response recently after many months of trying every outlet I could find, but I was given [email protected] which was a dead end.

I waited for almost almost a year and no product! Now I attempted to follow up through my shop account to get a status and they are gone with the wind. This is so crazy! I purchased one of their face shields and then they kept responding that they were going to send it. It was slated for June and then by June they pushed the date again and then they stopped responding. Here we are a year later, no shield and no money returned. Guess I need to see if my credit card company can help.
This company took my money and ran!

I sent out alot of emails and 11-27-21 I received the RS-1 but I never received skylab shield add-on $42.00 and darkshade shield add-on $38.00 and neck strap support $18.00, I got the RS-1 after following Vinta supply co. On Instagram, I've sent thousands of emails to Braley Hester but the site has been removed, I use the Shop app for tracking and order still pending I placed these orders between early May of 2021, still waiting but I'm starting to realize I was scammed, this has never happened to me so I don't know what to do.

Ordered 2 Vinta face sheilds for $230. They scammed about 2,000 people who believed in them. They took hundreds of thousands much money from people. They just closed shop and disappeared. File a complaint with the

I spoke to Braley Hester (vinta support) via email a few times. Telling me that:

Hi,

I ordered it in June 2021
Website and Facebook is gone as of today.I feel so bamboozled.

those vinta guys though for screwing so many people, I actually liked their company and the bags so much I would've bought more through the years.

I have the same issue! I’ve order backpack from 30th of June 2021!

Now their site even doesn't exist!

I pre-ordered the active/ shield hybrid on October 31, 2020; I still have not received the shield. I had sent several messages checking the status of my item. Someone named Bradley responded to my email, assuring me that there was a delay his email read:
We are working as quickly as we can.
We are shipping parcels now in the order they were received.
You will receive an email as soon as your order ships. We apologize for the delay.
That was twice and then another 6 months past, and I sent another email requesting a refund. Bradley replied that I was an unable to receive a refund because too much time had passed. I then ask him to have a supervisor contact me. I haven't heard back from anyone. Now no one is responding to my emails. I feel scammed. I don't know what to do, but I feel this company should not get away with scamming hard-working people!

Hi Cora, I bought one from Guatemala on May 2021, it arrived successfully by September 2021. But they appear to have vanish from there internet. I can't find them on social network and their website is down. Are they still replying emails?

I pre odered one of there laptop backbacks back in January 2021 and a year later and still no bag but money been taken. They said its on backorder but now not replying or answering phone.

I also ordered a mask in November 2020, but after almost a year I finally received it after complaining and telling them I'd file a complaint with our City Attorney for fraud.

In February 2021 I ordered 2 shields plus accessories that totaled upwards of $225. They were supposed to be delivered in April 2021 but we were told they would be delayed due to pandemic related supply chain. Since then, the company has gone silent. The website recently went offline, the FB page seems to have disappeared, leaving hundreds (if not thousands) of people like me who purchased out of money. No one is responding to emails or direct messages. The phones are turned off. What can we do?

I ordered Vinta face mask with filters and was charged on January 2, 2021. I inquired September 10, 2021 by email that I never received my order. I received a response by Braley Hester they are working as fast as they can and I will receive an email when my order ships. They have been paid in full and I still have not received my order. I requested a refund via email and Braley Hester responded via email on 9/11/2021 that they are filling orders in the order they received them and it is too late to receive a refund. It’s been 10 months and no mask.

I have the same exact dilema. I too feel taken advantage of. Bradley responded to my email saying that they are working a s fast as they can and I would receive my item in the order. He said too late for a refund.. I ask him to have a supervisor contact me.. But I havnt heard back. I wonder if there is anyway to get my money back. I ordered the mask.
