A lady by the name of Susan Smith called and left a message and said to call back at 866-215-8979 because I have multiple aligations files against me and gave me a file # so I called back asked for Susan and supposedly she's not in the office. A guy by the name of Michael Smith ask me for the file # and told me I owe his client Vin Capital LLC. I asked what it was and they said its a payday loan which I took $350 but now I owe them $1010. Michael said I need to take action now anf Kay so they won'r take me to court. I told them I never took any pay loan out and not sure what this is about. Then he started to tell me personal info about me and my family and where I live and work. Which really got me scared because they have all my personal information including my social, address, work place info. Also they called my brother which is in another state and left him the same message they left me. They have my family info and number which is creepy. They demand money

Repetitive phone calls from collection agency, calls have been made to family members as well for them looking for me trying collect on a payday loan via internet that was never taken from Vin Capital LLC. Claiming it was from 10 years ago.

Phone call from 866-586-8097, automated call stating that there is a claim number and did not identify who the claim is for. I call the number and no answer, no prompt, then a voice message to say "good bye" and hang up on me.

Constant calls from phone 866-615-3453 with no message left on my voice mail, I called this number back and got a lady stating some information about me claiming that they are an arbitrary collection agency collecting on a payday loan that was taken online. Never Have I done this! I asked her to send me information since she has this info and she states she doesn't have all the information but we should settle this before it goes to court and possible garnishment. I hung up since she states she couldn't send information but could send a summons to my house or job.
