Refund refusal for poorly made product

I invested in several bras and undergarments. After washing my products, which did not overwhelm me with their quality from the beginning and were very expensive, the bras completely lost their fit and I could not longer use them. Customer service asked me to send them the bras and panties at my own expense, so they could then make a decision on reimbursing me. Vibrant Body is now denying that I washed them correctly and refusing a refund! I am so angry.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I saw a viral post on Facebook about a company offering an $** bra for free. My best friend ordered one, and told me that shipping was also free, so I decided to place an order. I have ordered free things from Facebook and Instagram before but usually paid shipping, so to me it didn’t raise any red flags. Several hours later, I saw a post warning women that this was a scam and upon delivery of the product, attempted home invasions and kidnapping occurs when the doorbell is answered. I have a 7 week old daughter, and I am now terrified to answer my door. I decided to investigate, and noticed that the “business” is not ScamPulse.com accredited. There are also hundreds of comments on the Facebook post where women tried to email “customer service” and the email address from which they received a reply was a personal email and not a business domain. Please, please, investigate this company for the safety of new mothers, and every woman who stays at home during the day. People should not have to be terrified to answer their door.
