I placed an order thinking it was a discounted items from Old Navy Outlet ,that is what was shown on top of each page as I was ordering. I ended up ordering up to $100 back in January 2025. A couple days later I noticed my bank account was charged for the same amount under the name Vibegal, Which didnt sound familiar. I went back to my emails and saw the order under the same name. By then it stated the "package" had been shipped. All lies. as I have learned from looking into this company reviews. It stated it was delivered. Again, never did. I asked for a full refund. They told me well you only get 60% because they lose money too? What?? Then at this point i just want any of my money. And now we are in mid May and still nothing. I really thought this was OldNavy website. I should've known better with the prices.
