False advertising- selling a complete bundle package of concert tickets including two night hotel accommodations. Once paid in full- this company VIBEE contacts the buyer via e-mail stating “we made an error and did not include the hotel cost in your package- we need $1,300.00 more dollars from you” extremely shady business practice and no customer service. No address. One phone number which is a voicemail - they do not call back. Not a legitimate company.

On January 16, my wife and I purchased a travel package via Vibee's website and paid in full for this package.

The price was $1,032.84

A week later, my wife and I receive a phone call and email stating that the price had changed due to a technical error on their end, and if we wanted to continue with our trip, we would need to pay an additional $1,400.

I do not want to say this is obviously a bait and switch, but it's rather convenient for them to pull us in at one price and then a week later tell us we owe more money. It's a way to get even more money out of us. In my opinion it's a terrible business model to bait and switch consumers.

In addition to bait and switch, they are also violating their own Terms and Policies. They state that all sales are final. If that's the case, then how are they allowed to accept our payment at the agreed upon price and then change it later?
