I placed an order from Vib-07 on September 30th, 2024. It was supposed to be delivered within a few business days. When I received no confirmation, I emailed a couple times and inquired. Finally in late October I got a response saying that it was going out on Nov 1st and I should receive it by November 14th. I work at home and I was home when I got an email from them (November 14th) saying it had been delivered. I went out and there was nothing there. I emailed them twice letting them know that I hadn't received it, but there was never any response. I have been paying installments to Affirm since the end of October and am trying to dispute the payments as we speak. I just checked the Vib07 website and it no longer is available. So this is definitely a scam!

I ordered the workout device (vibration plate) online on 10/22/24. After multiple emails explaining why my item was “delayed” I finally got an email saying it would be shipped “soon” on 10/29/24. I received an email saying the unit was on its way on 11/13/24. When I used the information provided in the email to track the order, it said on their website “order cannot be found.” Naturally suspicious, I emailed the company asking for a tracking number, date of expected delivery, and carrier shipped through. I was immediately sent another email “congratulating me on my order shipping” without providing any of the requested information. I followed up immediately asking again for the information to track my order as this is a high value item. I did not receive a response to my inquiries but received a “package delivered” email from FedEx. The picture in the email was of a 8x11 envelope package slipped underneath the map on some random house. The picture of the package does not physically meet the expectation of a large vibration workout plate that one must stand on. When I logged into FedEx to figure out where the package had been delivered because it was not to the address I provided, I would only show Golden, CO as the address. When I went back to the company’s website and put in the order it only showed as “delivered” no additional information. I logged the package as delivered to the wrong address through FedEx but have received zero resolution on this issue. When I emailed the company with pictures of the delivered package and my issues I was told everything was “as it should be.” I have filed a dispute with my bank and notified my bank that I would be submitting a claim through ScamPulse.com as well.
