Hello BBB. I have been trying to dispute a purchase of mine made to VIB-07 for the amount of $223.20. As of Nov 20 2024 to present I have not received the merchandise. After communicating with FedEx the Tracking number 779900915027 was sent via Email and on Shop so i was able to keep an eye on it while being transported. However, once it arrived in Phoenix it was delivered and signed by another person at another address which is not on my receipt. The tracking number was associated with the incorrect Recipient Name and Address Suhail Ahmad, Apex Tailoring Studio 2502 East Camelback Road #101 PHOENIX, AZ, US, 85013. FedEx was able to provide the address the package was delivered to which is not on my receipt of purchase in addition the vender failed to reach out to get an approval for a Recipient name and address change. If you need proof to support my claim I can provide evidence. All of which will support my claim as a customer whom the Vender committed an act of Fraudulence toward and has in fact deleted their associated email for customer service. Website is no longer active as well.

I received several emails letting me know the order was received, then the order was receiving an upgrade and then that the order has been shipped. I never heard back after that and so I looked up the tracking number provided, and it said it was delivered to Wallingford, CT - no pictures, no street address, nothing. I do not live in Wallingford and sent them an email stating the fact that I never received the product, nor do I live in Wallingford, CT and still have yet to hear back. When I looked at the email, I sent my message to - that being [email protected], I noticed a different address re: their location: Vib07 47 Bell st Glastonbury, Connecticut 06033
