I received the item and I did not approve it. I contacted them on their website Live chat and i explained the situation. The girl Anita said that you would have to pay for the shipping label and I completely understand that. She then later on said we dont recommend to return the item because it could get lost, but that is not my problem and i let her know. She said that she can give me a $140 dollar credit which i said i do not want. I told her I want to return the item and get my $467.45 back. She is basically finding every reason to not return my item and their return policy says in 30 days i can return it but if my reason is i dont like it, i would have to pay for the shipping label which i dont mind. Now they are not letting me return my item.

Website states HASSLE FREE 30 DAY RETURN, Didn't get product on time! Product got lost, finally got it installed for the a trip got back and was making a loud rattle noise! took it off before it cause any more damage. Called paypal filed a claim the china company has not response!

Contacting Vevor approximately a week ago to return a sewer camera. Was told someone would return my call, haven't heard from anyone. When I call customer service or chat online I'm told they can't help the person assigned to claim will have to assist with return. Received an email 08/27/23 at 11:37am saying ticket was marked resolved due to no response. No one has contacted me until today after I reached out to Vevor. Message received after today after reaching out to Vevor raising hell about return. Now they are wanting all sorts of information regarding unit and saying the customer is responsible for shipping cost to return unit, Vevor's website says hassle free returns at no cost.

I purchased an item from Vevor. It arrived in terrible condition, with damage on 6 of 6 sides of the box, covered in some type of liquid, and appeared used. I contacted the company about returning my purchase and essentially was threatened with additional charges $$$ and repeatedly asked to keep the purchase. Ultimately, I was able to claw back roughly 60% of my purchase price via a credit to my credit card account. The actual credit to my credit card account was processed without a problem of note. It was dealing with Vevor where the problems existed.

This company prominently advertises "30 Day No-Hassle Returns". I contacted them immediately, well within the 30-day window. This was anything but hassle-free. I was actually emailing back and forth with them BEFORE the item was initially shipped to me.

They were unable to answer my questions regarding the technical specifications of the product. I am trying to pursue complaints against the company further. They currently carry an "F" Rating with the ScamPulse.com and I strongly recommend not purchasing from them. Through the ScamPulse.com I am seeking continued posting of their current alert; possibly with the addition of a comment regarding "Hassle-free returns not being hassle-free". People need to be warned against and wary of this seller.

As a side note, representatives for this company, while based in the U.S., appear to be Chinese, and use broken English when communicating via email. Communications are not always clear/understood/understandable. This is not a racist comment. I'm of Chinese heritage myself. All that to say the Chinese government has a reputation for being both heavily involved with businesses and for using multiple unethical business practices. This appears to me to be the case here.
