Contacted Vetcom about pursuing a VA claim. The add on FB and Tiktok looked legit. However very misleading. After payment was made only contact was 1 videocall. Then from me phone calls. This claim was allegedly made back in. AUGUST 2025. Nothing received from VA nor Vetcom. Ive asked for a refund. Lots of double talk from them. I'm a retired person on a fixed income. This was very vague and misleading. I'm a disabled Veteran as well. Can you please assist me.
