On December 15th and 16th I purchased a solar powered generator for myself and for my son through the vanturbo website. It claimed that the generators were made in the USA (but gave me a Chinese tracking number) when the item arrived it was a hat and scarf set (both for myself and my son) I contacted the company and requested a refund but have not heard back from them. I believe this was an intentional scam and noticed on their Facebook ad in the comments section that other people were complaining about never receiving the generator either. the ad was taken down from Facebook. I disputed the charges with my credit card companies.
