I saw ad on Facebook or Instagram and ordered shampoo and conditioner on 12/22/24 and paid $29.99. They charged me $29.99 again for a membership on 1/3/25. I called customer service and was refunded the $29.99 on 1/7/25. I still haven't received the product.
