Vacation holdings LLC called me and offered to buy my timeshare. It's still to painful to talk about, but they SCAMMED me out of $17,500 from April 2022--February 2023. They were so professional and provided me with all kinds of documents that kept me going through the whole process.

They asked for International funds transfer after offering to purchase our vacation club. They did not know any of our information but asked for the transfer of data

The Title company & Vacation holding companies do not exist. The address is a Starbucks.

I've been trying to sell one of my timeshares. This person was one of 3 that contacted me and offered me triple what I paid for and said that the value of my timeshare is this much and that a corporation was looking to purchase it. Once the paperwork started, they asked me to pay the resort transfer fee and said it was part of the process and that they will reimburse with the final amount. I thought it was weird because they could have taken it from the $18G+ that they were offering me for my timeshare, but I paid it anyway ($875 USD). Then a few weeks later, when I followed up to ask what the estimated amount of time for the transaction to finish was, they asked for another amount for a Tax Administration Service fee so the Mexican government can verify that we are not laundering money. This time it was $1075 USD. I emailed them back to say I'm not paying this because I feel like I'm being scammed and if they were looking for it, they can pay it from the, NOW, $19G+ they promised to pay me. This was 2.5 weeks ago and they have since disappeared and stopped contacting me.

I was contacted, or should I say harassed, by this company offering to buy my vacation club membership. The price they were offering was outrageously high and also they had no information about the membership I currently have. They asked me to sign their documents and then send them my contract. SCAM
