The scam is a company trying to sound like they are the legit site for getting US government records. Instead, personal information was sent and credit card paid, and the materials after 5 months were never sent. After repeated conversations and calls, it was clear they were fraudulent as we had multiple people call from different phones on different days and the customer information and timelines changed on every call "according to their records". The customer service sounded inaccurate and possibly not in the US, which leads us to wonder where the information is now.
