After the processor completed the loan my client was told that an appraisal was required and was instructed to pay another $2,500 to an appraiser. When I inquired about the appraiser existence (because the appraisal company couldn’t be found) Scott Frankel stop taking my calls or answering my emails. This is definitely a scam that has been going on for a while through another company named Realeqity Corp.
