Fake UPS text from this number/website, wanting me to put in all my info in order to avoid returning to sender. They “tried” to deliver but needed a signature and other info. I haven’t ordered anything from UPS…I guess mine is invisible

It took me to a website where I provided my debit card info, address, apartment number, full name, email, phone number, country, state, city, postal code.

I called my bank and blocked my debit card as soon as I realized.

Claimed to be ups failed delivery of the date for yesterday 6/25/2025, at 3:34pm

I was expecting a pharmacy deliver yesterday and it did not get delivered.

Text message claiming to be ups wanting to reschedule delivery of missed package. I clicked on the link. Have name, address, and phone number. Did not give correct date of birth, no credit card info. I did not send this info. to them because when they wanted c.c. info I got suspicious. Ive heard they can still spam me just because i clicked on the link even though i did not send info. Im worried. I did call the phone number they had as an address. Answering machine said it was full. The area code was British Columbia. (604)832-1451.

I received a text saying my delivery was unable to be completed. A link was sent to me and I clicked it. They asked for my credit card infomration to pay $1.45 for a redelivery fee. I gave my card info but then when I contacted UPS they said they don't do that.

Consumer called in about an individual named Jay Cooper who was saying that he was from the UPS and that the consumer had won money from the Senior Citizens Lottery. She mentioned that they were going to come to her house and deliver the check for $14,000. There was no mention of her having to pay any money to get this money but she was not happy that the person "Jay" called her "my dear"

Received a text from this number saying that they were the "U-P-S" and that I had a package that needed to be delivered but they were unable to find my address. They wanted me to go to http://mtw.so/6uXIW7 to set up a schedule for redelivery. I had not ordered anything and was not about to give my address to anyone. Neither did I click on the link so they could trace me. I did a trace on the phone number, it came from Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Received an e-mail from UPS reporting undeliverable package. Asked for personal info and credit card #. I notified UPS. They informed me no package to be delivered and of a recent scam happening in my area. The e-mail looked authentic.

Received text message on a Saturday about unable to deliver a package. I live in Apt bldg & pkgs are delivered by UPS , USPS, Amazon & Fed Ex… to our lobby or pkg room & now today, my elderly neighbor received the same message!

Finally reached customer service at UPS & they said that is definitely not their UPS message. I didnt open it.

Text message: The planned delivery date for the package [fake UPS tracking number that is too short in length] got postponed! Make sure to confirm here: [uses real name associated with phone number] The message then includes a phishing link.

I just received and email from "UPS" notifying me of a coming delivery. I've never received such a notice before. I hand-typed the referenced tracking number into the UPS tracking portal and received a "non valid tracking number" message. I did not click on anything in the email.

Tips for potential fraudulent email:

– In the upper left corner of the email it states the email as coming from "Usps" – that's the United States Postal Service not UPS.

– The official-looking UPS logo looks low resolution.

– Reading the message carefully indicates grammar errors.

– Message also states you can pick up the delivery at the nearest "Canada Post office branch". I'm in Idaho.

– Email address was from "uspsparcel.top" when the context of the email says it was from UPS (not usps).

Everything else looks official.

I have taken a snapshot of the email and attached it for your reference. As I said, I clicked on nothing on the email itself. Thank you and I hope his helps.

I'm 77 years old. I received a call today from UPS, John Bedford, 144 Vine St, Los Angeles, CA. He said Publisher's Clearinghouse has a gift for me. He said I had won 4.5 million. They need to schedule a delivery time. He told her there would be a 5% delivery fee. Then a second call came in asking if we had been notified, but it was 2.5 million. He asked if I was married. He asked how old I was. He asked if I had kids. he told me he had 3 kids. He told me I sound like a very nice lady. He had an African accent, like Nigeria. I asked him if he was a Christian. He said he was a Christian for 21 years. So I asked him why he was selling this rubbish. He asked me if I meant the guys in trucks who pick up waste. He could hear my dog barking, and asked if I had a dog. Then he said he had a dog. He told me not to tell anybody until everything was said and done because the media would be there and they always make a mess of everything. He said he would be out on Thursday at 10:30 am. He told me to go get a Moneygram or cashier's check for $500.
