I entered a request to cancel my subscription to a music streaming service online by web searching "Tidal cancellation" and "tidal cancel subscription" came up. I clicked on that and the result was a website that appeared to be the legitimate place for Tidal. I placed my request to cancel, but later received an email that my subscription cancellation is confirmed, but also that there is a charge of $19.95. Nowhere in the website did it specify this charge. I replied to the email sender that this charge is unreasonable for a simple cancellation. Today I discovered the $19.95 has been deducted from my bank account.
